We may share your personal information with: (a) SEBI-registered portfolio managers and AIF managers whose products you invest in; (b) KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) as required by SEBI; (c) Depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for demat account-related operations; (d) Banks and payment processors for transaction processing; (e) Regulatory authorities when required by law. All such sharing is governed by applicable data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes SSL encryption for all data transmission, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as required to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. As a SEBI-registered entity, we are required to maintain certain records for a minimum of five years. KYC documentation is retained for the duration of the client relationship and for five years thereafter.
